Paul Maniscalco is a corporate finance executive and restructuring specialist with over 26 years of experience building, leading, and advising corporations from inception through maturity. Paul advises clients on complex restructuring matters, strategy, structure, and operations with significant experience in capital markets activities, complex restructuring initiatives, interim management, and SEC reporting. Paul has demonstrated leadership as Chief Financial Officer for multiple publicly traded companies and as a Senior Managing Director for a middle-market restructuring firm. His professional foundation includes experience with the Big Four and leadership roles within regional accounting firms.
Mr. Maniscalco leads and is responsible for the expansion of Scidan's restructuring and turnaround services, extending the firm's capabilities from historically retained expert and analytical advisory roles into full-spectrum middle-market restructuring, interim management, and fiduciary support.
Paul holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and a B.H.S.A. in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University. He is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association. Paul has been recognized by the M&A Advisor as part of both the Restructuring Team of the Year in 2022 and the Turnaround Team of the Year in 2023.
